The program emphasizes non-destructive testing techniques and the proper use of inspection instruments required for basic coating inspection work.
CIP Level 2 advances these competencies by focusing on complex inspection techniques and specialized coating applications. The course covers inspections on both steel and non-steel substrates, including concrete, and addresses real-world challenges faced in industrial environments. This level enhances decision-making skills, inspection reporting, and quality control practices. Together, CIP Level 1 & Level 2 equip candidates with the technical expertise, practical skills, and industry-recognized certification required to perform coating inspections confidently across oil & gas, marine, infrastructure, and industrial projects.
